abe8 — Terms and Conditions

abe8 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the abe8 website, app and all associated services.

2.2 Account Registration

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

abe8 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

All deposits depend on the processing time of the relevant payment provider. abe8 is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by third parties.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.

3.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, abe8 reserves the right to verify your identity, address and payment method. Withdrawals may be put on hold if required documents are not provided. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, you must first complete account registration and make a minimum deposit of ৳200.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings earned from the bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion must be used within its own specified time period.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be used together will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• abe8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be cancelled and winnings forfeited.

The abe8 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades are based on active play progress. abe8 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers, cashback rates and other benefits. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abe8 platform:

• Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Using software, bots, crawlers or any other automated methods.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Sharing account details with other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's identity.

In the event of a violation of these rules, abe8 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action where applicable.

7.1 Betting Rules

Check all bets carefully before confirming. Once confirmed, a bet may not be possible to cancel or change. abe8 reserves the right at its discretion to void transactions that occur due to technical errors.

7.2 Game Results

All games are operated using secure random number generator (RNG) technology. abe8 is committed to ensuring fair play. If a game is affected by a technical fault or server issue, abe8 will consider refunding the amount of that bet.

7.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain games or promotions. This limit will be stated in the details of the relevant game.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure at abe8's Initiative

abe8 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Providing incorrect or false information.
• By legal or regulatory instruction.
• Extended inactivity (with advance notice).

The abe8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or any specific outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, abe8 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by technical errors or server downtime.
• Bets or sessions lost due to internet connection issues.
• Problems caused by delays from third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from keeping your own account details insecure.
